摘　　要：当今社会,新媒体作为一种新兴的媒体形态,潜移默化地改变着当代大学生的思维方式和行为方式,对大学生的思想认知和价值取向也产生了深远的影响。这种新形势、新变化,既给当下高校辅导员工作带来了前所未有的历史机遇,同时也提出了严峻的挑战。积极探索新媒体环境下辅导员职业能力提升的有效路径,无论对当下高校辅导员队伍建设、形象塑造、能力提升,还是对大学生思想政治教育时效性的提高,都具有理论和实践上的指导意义。Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, new media as a media form, has changed their way of thinking and behavior silently, and also produced far-reaching effect on their value judgment and value orientation. This kind of new condition and new change has brought hitherto unknown historical opportunities to the college counselors as well as an unprecedented severe challenge. Active exploration about the routes in which we can enhance the college counselors＇ pro- fessional ability in the new media environment has theoretical and practical significance on the current construction, image-building, ability of college counselors as well as the enhancement of ideological and political education＇s effectiveness on college students.
