产科护理安全的主要影响因素及防范措施

摘　　要：目的：针对产科护理中存在的潜在危险因素进行探讨并加以分析，同时根据相关的不安全因素提出对应的预防对策。方法：随机选取我院2010年2月～2013年2月入住出现安全风险的孕产妇21例进行调查，采用回顾性的方式将这些产妇的临床资料进行分析研究、总结。结果：患者在护理中所存在的潜在危险性因素有：医务人员服务性不强，占78．6％。有64．3％是由于护患沟通不够，有61．9％是由于医护人员的责任意识不强，有67．9％是因护理人员的业务技术水平不强，有75．1％是因患者自身因素而导致。结论：在产科护理中，全部的护理工作人员及医务人员都要重视并明确自己的职责，严格按照医院的有关规章制度进行医疗护理操作，及时排除和解决孕产妇的医疗护理中所存在的潜在危险因素，做好防范工作，保证孕产妇及新生儿的生命健康及安全，从而促使治疗及对应的护理疗效获得进一步的提高。objective： in view of the potential risk factors existing in the obstetric care were discussed and analysed, at the same time, ac-cording to the unsafe factors corresponding preventive countermeasures are put forward.Methods： randomly selected from our hospital in February 2010 to February 2013 in a security risk of maternal 21 cases investigation, with the method of retrospective will analysis research, summarized the clinical data of these women.Results：patients in the care of potential risk factors are：medical staff service is not strong, accounting for 78.6%.64. 3% is due to communication is not enough nurses and patients, 61.9%were due to the medical personnel＆#39;s responsibility consciousness is not strong, there is 67.9% for nursing staff business technology is not strong, 75.1% is caused by the patient＆#39;s own factors.Conclusion： in obstetric care, all the nursing staff and medical staff should attach importance to and define their duties, strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations of the hospi-tal for medical care operation, timely eliminate and maternal health care in solving potential risk factors, completes the prevention work, ensure the life of maternal and newborn health and safety, and corresponding nursing curative effect to get further improvement.
