双侧锁定钢板与非锁定钢板治疗 Schatzker Ⅴ型～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：比较双侧锁定钢板与非锁定钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ型～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折临床疗效差异。方法：将85例Schatzker Ⅴ型～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折根据术中不同内固定方法分为两组，分别对两组患者术后骨折复位程度及膝关节稳定性（TPA、PA）、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、术后1年膝关节活动度及膝关节功能评分等进行比较。结果：两组患者术后骨折复位情况、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分相比较，P＞0．05，差别无统计学意义，术后两组患者PA比较，P＜0．05，差别有统计学意义。结论：双侧锁定钢板内固定治疗Schatzker Ⅴ型～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者，术后膝关节的稳定性及术后下肢力线稳定作用优于非锁定钢板内固定组，其疗效更好。Objective Compare the clinical between locking plate and unlocking plate in treatment of Schatzker Ⅴtype - Ⅵ tibia1 plateau fractures o Methods According to different fixation methods,85 cases Schatzker Ⅴ type - Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures were divided into two groups,andto compare two groups of degree of postoperative fractures and knee stability （TPA, PA）, fracture healing time , time to full weight bearing , knee activity after 1 year and knee function score＇s Results Compared two groups of postoperative fractures situation , fracture healing time , full weight bearing , knee mobility, knee function score, P 〉 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Compared two groups of PA, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Stability of the knee after surgery and postoperative limb alignment stabilizing role of locking plate fixation Schatzker Ⅴ type -Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures was better than to unlocking plate fixation group.
