摘　　要：本文遵循时代发展背景下北方滨海城市海洋文化的规律,对北方滨城现有的城市景观设计进行分析和研究,肯定和发扬优点的同时探寻出不足并给予改正建议。从整体的城市景观系统角度,将海洋文化作为重要因子引入符号学的理论,试图运用海洋文化符号多样化的传达形式,在北方众多滨海城市景观中体现出异同并存的城市主题,研究出应用原则及方法,使海洋文化元素转换成可观、可知、可感的形态,以营建出优秀的北方滨海城市景观环境,从而进一步实现海洋文化与北方滨海城市建设的相互促进。Under the background of the development of the times, this paper analyzed the marine culture of northern coastal city, with recognition and promoting the advantages while exploring the correct deficiencies and gave recommendations. From the perspective of the overall system of the urban landscape, this paper took marine culture as an important factor in the introduction of the theory of semiotics, and tried to use a variety of marine cultural symbols to convey form, to reflect the theme of the similarities and differences existed in the northern city of much coastal urban landscape. Moreover, the application of the principles developed the ways in which cultural elements converted into impressive ocean and a sense of form, in order to build the northern coastal city of outstanding landscape environment to further realize the mutual promotion of culture and marine construction of the northern coastal city.
