摘　　要：以Web of Science(SCI-E,SSCI,A&HCI)为数据源,统计得到美国伊利诺伊大学厄本那香槟分校(UIUC)图书情报学学院(GSLIS)1936-2012年文献690篇。运用文献计量学的方法,从年代分布、来源期刊、科研合作等角度,采用定量方法对所收集的文献进行了描述性统计分析;并运用社会网络分析方法和引文分析方法,对GSLIS的主要作者合作群体和高频被引文献进行了可视化分析,客观地揭示了GSLIS科研实力的总体概况、科研合作情况及其科学研究的历史进程。Based on the database of Web of Science （SCI- E, SSCI, A＆HCI）, this paper collected 690 documents of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science （GSLIS） of University of lllinois at Urhana - Champaign （UIUC） from 1936 to 2012. A series of quantitative analysis had been made from aspects of basic characteristics of those articles, including publication year and source journals. Then it applied the methodology of social network analysis and citatiot, an＇,dysis to axmlyze the core authors＇ cooperation group and the high time cited articles. Research results showed the overview of scientific research ability of GSLIS, the scientific research cooperation and the history of GSLIS＇ scientific research activity.
