摘　　要：本文对吉林省生物制药产业专利文献数据挖掘的结果进行了深入的分析,运用SWOT分析方法指出了吉林省生物制药产业在市场竞争中拥有的优势,存在的劣势,面临的机遇和潜伏的威胁。通过SWOT战略组合分析,提出应着力加强顶层设计,突出两个"特色"、坚持两个"创新"、实现4个"组合",及时调整和优化产业政策,加快用现代高新技术改造传统医药产业的步伐,促进吉林省生物制药产业的快速发展。This article deeply analysed the results of patent datamining of bio- pharmaceutical industry in Jilin Province. Based on SWOT analysis it elaborated the strengths, weaknesses, oppommities and threats of bio - pharmaceutical industry in Jilin Province. Through the strategic combination SWOT analysis, this paper proposed that we should strengthen top- level design, highlight two characteristics, insist two innovations and fulfill four combinations. We should adjust and optimize industry policies in time transforming conventional pharmaceutical industry through high- and- newly- technology so as to promote rapid develop- t merit of bio - pharmaceutical industry in Jilin Province.
