摘　　要：随着高校科研评审、岗位评聘的制度化、规范化,高校图书馆查收查引和科技查新业务也随之大幅增加,面对面的手工操作式服务已经不能满足校内外用户需求,在线委托式跨库检索服务应运而生。笔者对基于JSP技术的在线委托式查收、查引、查新服务整合研究,目的是提高查收、查引、查新服务效率,为用户提供更贴心的服务。With the accreditation of university research, jobs employment for institutionalization, standardization, database retrieving and Science technological novelty search business in University Library will be a substantial increase. But face- to- face service manually can not meet the demand for internal and external users, and then online consigned cross- dstabase search services have came into being. This research the JSP technology - base services of online consigned database retrieving and science technological novelty search as integration to improve database retrieving and science technological novelty search the efficiency of the service, to provide users with a more intimate service.
