针刺配合按摩治疗77例膝关节炎临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺配合按摩方法治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月～2013年8月非洲加纳克里部教学医院康复科门诊就诊的77例膝关节炎患者,按照入院先后顺序编号,奇数组作为治疗组(39例),偶数组作为对照组(38例)。对照组采用针刺方式,治疗组采用针灸配合按摩法,7d为一个疗程,每个疗程间隔2d,3个疗程结束后统计分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为94.87%(37/39)、68.42%(26/38),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合按摩通过按摩手段松解患者膝关节周围软组织粘连,舒筋活络、利关节、清湿热、祛风散寒,操作简单、安全、副作用小,对膝关节炎的临床效果显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy for acupuncture and massage in the treatment of 77 cases of knee arthritis. Methods： 77 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 were chosen. According to the order of admission numbers, the odd was as the treatment group （39 cases）, and the dual array was as the control group （38 cases）. The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate functional exercise, the treatment group was taken with acupuncture and massage therapy, and 7 days were as a course. Each course was with two days interval. The clinical treatment effect after the end of three courses for the two groups was taken for statistical analysis. Results： The clinical total effective rates for the treatment group and the control group were 94.87%（37/39）and 68.42%（26/38）. There were significant differences compared between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture Massage Massage can release joint in patients with adhesions by means of soft tissue around the knee, Shujin, Lee joints, clear heat, remove rheumatism, and it is simple and safe, and with few side effects. The clinical effect of osteoarthritis of the knee is significant.
