国外反兴奋剂法律规制及借鉴

摘　　要：由于竞技体育和反兴奋剂活动的世界性,反兴奋剂的立法活动也具有很强的共通性,对于国际反兴奋剂法律规制的研究可以为我国反兴奋剂法律的完善提供借鉴。研究了国际上重要的反兴奋剂条约和文件,以及一些具有代表意义的国家的反兴奋剂法律,在总结这些反兴奋剂法律规制特点的基础上,提出对我国反兴奋剂法律完善的借鉴意见。As the sports and anti - doping activities spread internationally, the anti - doping legislation also claimed obvious commonality, thus the study of the legality of international anti - doping practice worldwide is bound to prompt Chinag anti - doping laws. Therefore, it becomes the focus of this paper and it is followed by the reference of anti - doping laws for China.
