摘  要:为了研究采煤机滚筒设计参数对尘肺病患病率的影响,以期改进滚筒设计、降低尘肺病患病率,以采煤机截割粉尘的产生机理和现场采集的数据为基础,在假定工作面呼吸性粉尘浓度与采煤机截割比能耗成线性关系的条件下,通过对采煤机滚筒各设计参数与呼吸性粉尘浓度、尘肺病患病机理之间关系的研究,给出了工人接尘量的计算方法。综合分析各因素的影响,建立了采煤机滚筒设计参数和尘肺病患病率之间关系的数学模型,并对该模型进行了显著性检验。结果表明:回归方程具有显著意义,数学模型具备较好的拟合性。该项研究可为改进现有采煤机滚筒的设计,减少截割粉尘、降低尘肺病发生、预测新设计采煤机工作时对尘肺病患病率的影响以及为采煤机工作性能的评价提供理论依据。This paper pursues a drum design improvement aimed at lowering pneumoconiosis prevalence by investigating the effect of shearer drum design parameters on sick rate of pneumoconiosis and features a calculation method specifically tailored for determining the amount of dust to which workers are exposed.The method follows from an investigation into the relationships between shearer drum design parameters on the one hand and respirable dust concentration and sick rate of pneumoconiosis on the other,depending on the mechanism on which a shearer produces dust while working and data collected from coal faces,and on the assumption that there exists a linear relation between respirable dust concentration coming from a coal face and specific cutting energy consumption.The comprehensive analysis of the influence of various factors leads to the development of mathematic model on the relation between shearer drum design parameters and sick rate of pneumoconiosis,followed by a significance test.The finding suggests that the regression equation has significant meaning and mathematical model has a better fitting.It follows that the study may serve as a theoretical basis for achieving an improved design of shearers to reduce cutting dust and lower sick rate of pneumoconiosis,forecasting an effect of a newly designed shearer work on sick rate of pneumoconiosis,and evaluating the working performance of shearers.
