摘　　要：该文通过回顾发展交叉学科必要性,提出综合医院发展交叉学科应从处理好短期收益与长期培育、个人发展与团队建设、中青年骨干的创新激情与老专家教授的导向作用、理工科的合作与人文学科的交流四个方面着手,最后列出了综合医院发展交叉学科的步骤与要点.Analysis is made to the necessary of interdisciplinary,and point four sections should be concerned when begin to construct the interdisciplinary in general hospital which are short term profits and long term culture,personal development and team building,the passion of the young and the leadership of the old,the cooperation with the science and engineering and the communicate with the humanities.At last it also lists the steps and main points on how to begin the construction of interdisciplinary in general hospital.
