摘　　要：目的:探讨高泌乳素血症对男性的不良影响。方法:对我院诊治的1例高泌乳素血症患者的临床资料及相关文献进行回顾性分析。结果:本病例患者术前超高的血清泌乳素水平并未影响到患者的精液质量,患者仅有性欲下降、性生活频率减少、头昏等垂体泌乳素腺瘤的早期临床表现。结论:垂体腺瘤的临床表现在人群中的差异性很大,对于性欲下降的男性,应该及早到医院进行内分泌检测。Objectives： To explore the unfavorable effect of hyperprolactinemia on male. Method： The history of a patient with hyperprolactinemia was retrospectively reviewed. Results： Hyperprolactinemia before operation had no effect on the quality of sperms. The patient had early stage clinical feature, such as decrease in sexual desire and sexual life frequency, dizziness, etc. Conclusion： Clinical symptoms of pituitary prolactinoma are different among people. Males with decreased sexual desire should be recommend to have early endocrine test.
