术后高负压引流在颈淋巴结核治疗中的应用

摘　　要：回顾我院2011年6月至2012年9月收治的143例颈淋巴结核患者资料.其中,单侧91例,双侧52例,结节型27例,浸润型39例,脓肿型47例,溃疡型30例.在病灶清除和区域淋巴结清扫术后高负压引流,观察术后愈合时间、并发症、住院时间等.术后愈合时间缩短,无面瘫、副神经等神经损伤,2例淋巴漏,住院时间明显缩短.颈淋巴结核术后高负压引流可促进愈合,疗效确切.To observe the clinical efficacy of high negative pressure drainage in the treatment of neck lymphatic tuberculosis. A retrospective study was conducted for 143 cases of neck lymphatic tuberculosis from June 2011 to September 2012. There were unilateral （ n = 91 ） and bilateral （ n = 52 ） cases. The types were nodular （ n = 27 ） , infiltrating （ n = 39） , abscess （ n = 47 ） and ulcer （ n = 30）. All cases underwent debridement, regional lymphadenectomy and drainage with high negative pressure. There was no occurrence of prosopoplegia or accessory nerve injury. Two cases had lymphatic fistula. High negative pressure drainage has definite efficacies for neck lymphatic tuberculosis.
