临床药师参与118例会诊病例回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解临床药师参与会诊病例的情况,为临床药师进一步开展临床合理用药和临床药师的发展提供参考。方法:对2012年临床药师参与会诊的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:临床药师参与会诊病例共118例,其中,外科患者72例,占61.02%;呼吸道感染患者55例,占46.61%;会诊中临床药师意见完全被采纳者104例,其中87例治疗痊愈,采纳药师意见病例的治疗有效率为83.65%;纠正临床不合理应用抗菌药物21例。结论:临床药师的会诊得到临床医师的认可,同时临床药师参加病例会诊,可提高自身的医疗知识水平,进一步强化临床思维,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE：To investigate clinical pharmacists＇ participation in case consultation so as to provide reference for rational use of drugs and further development of clinical pharmacists.METHODS：The consultation cases with clinical pharmacists＇ involvement during 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS：The consultation cases with clinical pharmacists＇ involvement totaled 118,of which,72 （61.02％） were surgical patients and 55 （46.61％） were patients with respiratory tract infections; clinical pharmacists＇ advice were all adopted in 104 in which 87 were cured and an effective rate of 83.65％ was achieved for those patients who had adopted clinical pharmacists＇ advice; irrational use of antibiotics were rectified in 21 cases.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists‘ advice during consultation gained patients approval and the clinical pharmacists＇ involvement in case consultation may help improve their own medical knowledge level,further intensify their clinical thinking and promote rational use of drug.
