摘　　要：根据我国现阶段医疗环境状况,中固传统医学与现代法律的现状,论述建立传统医学现代法律体系的必要性、可行性,阐述传统医学与现代循证医学的关系,构建传统医学现代法律体系理念,从而使传统医学要更好适应社会发展潮流,论证传统医学现代法律体系的建立,更好的保障传统医学的发展,使其理论内涵得到世界同行认可与发扬。Accoding to china＇s present medical environment, the present status of traditional Chinese medicine and modem law,the paper discussed the necessity and fesibility of establishment of modern legal system in the traditional medicine, and expounded the relationship between traditional medicine and modern evidence-based medicine, and built a modem legal system idea in the traditional medicine. The traditional medicine could a- dapt better to social development trent, established a modern legal system in the traditional medicine, and safeguarded medicine development bet- ter,and the theory connotation was accepted and developed in the world.
