清眩汤对后循环缺血患者血脂和血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清眩汤对后循环缺血患者血脂和血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。观察从脾胃辨证后循环缺血性眩晕思路研究实验中清眩汤治疗的98例后循环缺血病人血脂和血清超敏C反应蛋白治疗前后的变化,探讨该方治疗后循环缺血的机理。方法以自拟清眩汤(方剂组成:党参15g,茯苓15g,甘单10g,白术10g,陈皮10g,清半夏12g,天麻15g,菊花20g,荆芥6g,防风6g,川芎10g,厚朴9g,苏梗9g等,为协定处方,本院制剂室负责煎药)煎剂,一日一剂,分两次口服,14天为一疗程。结果与治疗前比较,除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)外,总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)明显降低(P<0.05)。结论清眩汤可明显降低后循环缺血患者的血脂和血清超敏C反应蛋白水平,清眩汤对后循环缺血的预防和治疗有积极作用。objective To observe the influence of blood lipids and serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein in patients with posterior circulation ische- mia by Qingxuantang decoctiorL Methods Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo syndrome was researched according to the theory of spleen and stomach, 98 cases with posterior circulation ischemia were observed the change of blood lipid and serum hypersensitive e- reactive protein before and after the treatment by Qingxuantang decoction, Qingxuantang decoction, one dose a day, twice one day, 14 days for a course of treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, in addition to the high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, serum hypersensitive c - reactive protein （hsCRP） significantly decreased（ P d0. 05）. Con- dusion Qing xuantang decoction can obviously reduce the protein levels of blood lipids and serum of the patients with posterior circulation ische- mia hypersensitive c- reactive , positively prevent and treat the posterior circulation ischemia.
