摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肺炎不同区域中医证型分布及转归特点。方法通过对300例小儿肺炎患儿的临床观察,观察患儿用药前、用药后1、3、5、7、10天,进行中医辨证并记录中医证型,统计小儿肺炎在不同区域中医证型分布及转归特点;探讨小儿肺炎中医证型分布及转归与区域是否有相关性。结果各区域急性期中医证型比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各区域恢复期中医证型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上海市区中医证型转归比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。嘉定地区中医证型转归比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。奉贤地区中医证型转归比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎中医证型分布及转归与区域有相关性。Objective To explore Pediatric pneumonia different regional characteristics of TCM syndrome type distribution and outcome. Methods 300 cases of pneumonia on hospitalized children with clinical observationsobserved in children with drug use before and after 1,3,5,7,10 days. For syndrome differentiation of TCM and records of TCM syndrome types,statistics of infantile pneumonia in different regional characteristics of TCM syndrome type distribution and outcome;To explore pediatric pneumonia Chinese medicine syndrome type distribution and the outcome , there is a correlation area. Results Regional acute phase of TCM syndrome type comparison there was no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Regional recovery of TCM syndrome type of comparative differences have statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. Shanghai urban district TCM syndrome types outcome comparison difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 01）. Jiading district of TCM syndrome types outcome comparison there was no statistically significant difference（ P 〉0. 05）. Fengxian district of TCM syndrome types outcome comparison difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pediatric pneumonia correlated with TCM syndrome type distribution and outcome and region.
