通脉复方有效部位中葛根素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法对通脉复方中葛根素含量测定的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18(250×4.6mm5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:250nm;柱温:25℃。结果葛根素在2.18～6.564μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为2.04%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于通脉复方的质量控制。Objeetive To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of puerarin in Tongmai Decoction. Methods The HPLC was applied with Diamonsil C18（250 × 4. 6mm 5ban）column by methanol-water（25 ： 75）as the mobile phase the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 250nm. Results The linear range of Puerarin was 2. 18-6. 564μg（ r = 0. 9995） with an average recovery of 99. 54 % （RSD = 2. 04 % n = 6）. Conclusion The method is sample accurate sensitive and reproducible it can use to control the quality of Tongmai.
