摘　　要：本文在学习党的历代领导人特别是习近平同志关于群众路线理论科学论述基础上,试图从内涵实质、党的历史、治国理政、根本动力、价值取向、实现途径等六个方面来领会和把握群众路线是党的生命线的科学内涵,以增强贯彻群众路线、树立群众观点、践行党的宗旨、永葆政治本色的自觉性和坚定性。Based on the study of scientific expositions related to the Mass Line theory by CPC Central Committee successive leaders, especially by Xi Jinping, this article aims to provide a deep knowledge and understanding of the Mass Line as the scientific connotation of our Party＇s lifeline in the six aspects of connotation and essence, the Party＇s history, governance, fundamental driving force, value orientation and ways for realization, with a view to strengthening the firmness and consciousness in implementing the Mass Line, setting up for-the-people ideas, working toward the Party＇s goal and forever preserving inherent characteristics of the political party.
