摘　　要：在统筹城乡发展的过程中,农村劳动力发展建设对农村经济发展、农民收入增加具有积极作用。从农村劳动力现状、原因入手进行研究,提出不断提高农村劳动力发展的措施,以便更好应对农业市场经济的变化,做好建设农村劳动力的工作,提高农村劳动力水平。During the process of balancing urban and rural development, development and construction of rural labor has a positive effect on developing rural economic and increasing farmers＇ income. We studied from status, reasons of the rural labor force and proposed measures to continuously improve the development of rural labor force, better response to changes in agricultural market economy, do well on the construction of the rural labor and promote the rural labor standards.
