摘　　要：目的：探讨胸外科手术采用腋下小切口治疗临床体会。方法随机抽取本院在2012年6月~2013年6月期间收治的38例行胸外科手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,本组患者均行腋下小切口手术治疗,其中20例行肺叶切除,10例肺大疱切除,1例全肺切除,5例食管癌切除,2例动脉导管结扎,针对本组患者治疗效果进行分析,探讨胸外科手术采用腋下小切口手术治疗指征和手术要点。结果38例患者经过腋下小切口治疗,手术时间缩短,围手术期出血量减少,术后康复快,其中,1例出现并发症,主要是由于患者术后发生切口感染。结论胸外科手术采用腋下小切口治疗,根据患者适应征合理选择,疗效确切,效果满意,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the experience on adoption of subaxillary small incision in thoracic surgery. Methods Clinical data of 38 cases of patients with thoracic surgery from June 2012 to June 2013 in our department were retrospectively analyzed, the patients received routine subaxillary small incision operationtreatment, including 20 cases of patients with pulmonary lobectomy, 10 cases of pulmonary bulla resection, 1 cases of pneumonectomy, 5 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in 2 cases, ligation of patent ductus arteriosus, to analyze the effect of treatment in this group of patients, to investigate the thoracic surgery using subaxillary small incision operation indications and operation points. Results Of the 38 patients treated by subaxillary small incision, operation time, perioperative blood loss reduced, faster postoperative recovery, among them,1 case occurred complications, mainly due to wound infection in patients after operation. Conclusion Thoracic surgery with subaxillary small incision in the treatment of patients, according to the indication selection, curative effect is exact, satisfactory effect is high, so it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
