摘 要:以有机氟硅、丙烯酸酯为主要单体,采用乳液聚合方法合成了有机氟硅改性丙烯酸酯的聚合物,利用红外光谱对其进行结构表征,并对石材养护剂进行性能测试。研究了有机硅种类与有机硅的含量、丙烯酸含量及软硬单体配比等对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明:当有机硅单体为KH570,质量分数为5%,丙烯酸质量分数为1%,软硬单体质量比例为56∶44时,聚合物乳液对石材具有较好的防护性能。Using organic fluorine and organic silicon as monomers,the fluorine-silicon containing acrylic polymer is synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The infrared spectroscopy is used to characterize the chemical structure of the obtained polymer.The performances as stone protection agent are measured.The influences of the types of organic silicons,the amount of silicon and acrylic acid and the ratio of hard and soft monomers are investigated.The results show that,the polymer emulsion can achieved better protection property for stone under the following conditions:KH570 as the silicon monomer,5 wt% of KH570,1 wt% of acrylic acid,56∶44 ratio of soft and the hard monomer.
