摘 要:井筒酸洗作业油井投产初期,大庆油田北二西三元复合驱试验区处理后回注采出水悬浮固体含量大幅度升高。以北二西试验区混合采出水、模拟北二西试验区混合采出水、模拟井筒酸洗作业油井投产初期产出水为介质,研究了酸洗作业油井投产初期产出水中的酸洗液添加剂、固体颗粒和成垢离子对北二西试验区三元复合驱采出水悬浮固体含量的影响,确定悬浮固体含量显著升高的主要原因是酸洗作业油井投产初期产出水中含有大量Ca2+、F-、Fe2+,与地面掺水中的S2-和CO2-3作用产生硫化亚铁、碳酸钙、碳酸亚铁、氢氧化亚铁、氟化钙等新生矿物微粒;另外作业油井投产初期产出水中的Al3+与地面掺水中的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺作用形成聚合物微凝胶,也对采出水的悬浮固体含量有一定的影响。The suspended solid content (SS) of produced water,separated from the produced fluid by an ASP flooding project conducted at the N2W block of Daqing Oilfield and treated for re-injection,increased abruptly after restart of producers gone through acidic downhole scale removal.To determine the major mechanisms governing the abrupt increase of SS in ASP flooding produced water,the effects of chemicals used in acid downhole scale removal and the scale forming ions in the initial produced fluid of producers put back into production on the SS of ASP flooding produced water were evaluated by means of the general produced water by N2W block ASP flooding project,artificial ASP flooding produced water and artificial initial produced water of producers put back into production.The main reasons of the abrupt increase of SS in ASP flooding produced water after restart of producers gone through acidic downhole scale removal were determined as the formation of mineral particles such as FeS,CaCO3,CaF2,FeCO3 and Fe (OH) 2 by the reactions between Ca2 +,F-,Fe2 + in the initial produced fluid of producers put back into production and S2-,CO23-present in the topside blending water after the mixing of the two streams at wellheads.In addition,the destabilization and precipitation of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) in the topside blend water by A13 + in the initial produced fluid of producers put back into production also contributed to the increase of SS in ASP flooding produced water.
