摘 要:建立了化妆品中姜酮、香兰基丁醚、辣椒素、合成辣椒素4种发热剂的气相色谱串联质谱定性和定量分析方法.在优化的实验条件下,4种发热剂在0.5 ~ 100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,空白样品在10.0、100.0、500.0 mg/kg 3个加标水平下,回收率为91% ~ 109%,相对标准偏差为2.1% ~6.2%.方法的定量下限(S/N=10):香兰基丁醚、姜酮为5.0 mg/kg;辣椒素、合成辣椒素为10.0 mg/kg.该方法简单、快速、准确,可满足化妆品中4种发热剂的检测要求.A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectormetry (GC-MS) is developed for the qualitative and quantitative determination of four self-heating compounds in personal care products,including zingerone,vanilly butyl ether,N-vanillylonamide and capsaicin.Under the optimized conditions,the calibration curves of 4 self-heating compounds are linear in the range of 0.5-100 mg/L.The average recoveries of 4 compounds at three spiked levels of 10.0,100,500.0 mg/kg are between 91%-109%,with relative standard deviation of 2.1%-6.2%.The quantitation limits (S/N =10) of zingerone and vanilly butyl ether are 5.0 mg/kg,and those of capsaicin and N-vanillylonamide are 10.0 mg/kg.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can meet the requirements of the determination of 4 compounds in personal care products simultaneously.
