摘 要:为了降低充填成本,从分析高阶段嗣后充填充填体的力学作用机理入手,采用经验公式,计算了充填体暴露高度与强度的关系,得出充填料浆配比设计依据。而后,以超细全尾砂和自行研发的矿渣胶结材料制备充填料浆,采用正交设计与极差分析,研究了料浆与各个影响因素的关系,确定了各个因素的权重,得出了最佳的充填配比。研究结果表明:高阶段嗣后充填充填体在暴露高度95 m时所需强度为2.9 MPa,100 m时所需强度为3.1 MPa;采用灰砂比1∶5、浓度72%的料浆作为胶结面,采用灰砂比1∶10、浓度72%的料浆充填矿房,完全满足采场稳定性的要求。In order to reduce the cost of filling, the relationship between the exposure height of filling body and intensity was calculated out by the empirical formula based on the analysis of mechanical mechanism of high-level subsequent filling body, and the design basis of filling slurry ratio was concluded. Then,the ultra-fine full tailings and the self-developed slag ce- mentitious materials were mixed to prepare the backfilling slurry. By the way of orthogonal design and range analysis, the study focused on the relationship of the slurry above with various influencing factor, obtaining the weight of each factor and the opti- mal filhng ratio. The results showed that the high-level subsequent filling body~ strength must pass 2.9 MPa in the exposure level at 95 m, and 3.1 MPa in the exposure level at 100 m. Choosing the slurry with lime-sand ratio of 1:5 and the concentra- tion of 72% as cementing surface,the slurry with lime-sand of 1:10 and the concentration of 72% as filling body can com- pletely meet the requirement of the stope stability.
