摘  要:针对目前金属矿井温湿度监测系统中存在的线缆布线复杂、成本高、灵活性差、容易出现监测盲区等问题,设计了一种无线温湿度监测系统。系统各个节点以CC2530为核心,终端温湿度采集节点通过温湿度传感器SHT10采集金属矿井温湿度数据,然后将数据通过终端节点采用无线的方式发送到汇聚节点,汇聚节点对数据处理后通过串口把温湿度值传递到监控中心的上位机。采用LabVIEW对上位机的监控软件进行开发,人机交互界面友好。该系统实现了金属矿井温湿度的自动采集、处理、显示、存储以及异常情况的自动报警等功能,最终实现对金属矿井温湿度的实时监控。实验结果表明:该系统具有数据采集灵敏、可靠性高、成本低、布置灵活、维护方便等优点,解决了现有金属矿井温湿度监测系统存在的问题。Aimed at the present disadvantages about temperature and humidity monitoring system of metal mine, such as complex cable wiring,high cost, poor flexibility, prone to blind area monitoring and so on, a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed. The system nodes revolve around CC2530, end nodes sense the temperature and humidity of metal mine by temperature and humidity sensor SHT10, then, data is sent to sink node from end nodes by the way of wire- less. Sink node sends processed data to the monitoring center of the upper machine by a serial port. The system uses LabVIEW as PC monitoring software development with friendly human-computer interaction interface, which realizes automatic data col- lection, processing, display, storage, abnormal situation of automatic alarm and so on, the final implementation of real-time mo- nitoring of temperature and humidity in mental mine. The experimental results show that the system has some advantages, such as high reliability, low cost, flexible layout, convenient maintenance and so on, solving the existing problems in temperature and humidity monitoring system of metal mine.
