摘 要:目的:优选葛根芩连提取液的超滤工艺参数。方法:以葛根素、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、甘草酸铵转移率的综合评分为指标,通过正交试验考察超滤压力、料液温度及溶剂用量对葛根芩连提取液的超滤工艺的影响。结果:截流相对分子质量5 000的中空纤维膜分离效果最好,最佳超滤工艺参数为料液温度40℃,超滤压力0.025 MPa,溶剂用量2倍;葛根素、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、甘草酸铵的转移率分别为82.78%(RSD 2.76%),88.63%(RSD 1.43%),89.75%(RSD 2.52%),59.91%(RSD 1.97%)。结论:中空纤维超滤膜可选择性地用于药液的精制,可提高葛根芩连提取液有效成分的保留率。Objective: To optimize uhrafihration purification technology parameters of Gegen Qinlian extract. Method: With composite score of transfer rates of puerarin, baicalin, berberine hydroehloride and ammonium glycyrrhetate as index, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize purification technology of Gegen Qinlian extract by taking uhrafihration pressure, liquid temperature and solvent amount as factors. Result: Hollow-fiber membrane with 5000 relative molecular weight had better separation efficiency as others, optimum uhrafihration technology parameters were as follow: uhrafihration pressure 0. 025 MPa, liquid temperature 40 ℃ , 2 times the amount of solvent; Transfer rates of puerarin, baicalin, berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhetate were 82.78% (RSD 2.76%), 88.63% (RSD 1.43%), 89.75% (RSD 2.52%), 59.91% (RSD 1.97%). Conclusion: Hollow-fiber membrane could he selectively used in purification of liquid, it could increase retention rate of active ingredient in Gegen Qinlian extract.
