灯盏花素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏花素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联用灯盏花素治疗,灯盏花素40 mg静滴,每天1次,疗程14 d。观察其临床疗效及肺功能,检测两组治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群CD3,CD4,CD8,CD8/CD4的变化。结果:治疗组显效率明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组1秒钟用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、高峰呼气流速(PEF)、残气量(RV)及残总比值(RV/TLC)治疗前后改善明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD3和CD4升高(P<0.05),CD8和CD4/CD8下降(P<0.05);对照组无明显变化。结论:灯盏花素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期有较好的临床疗效,可能与灯盏花素能改善T淋巴细胞的免疫功能有关。Objective： To explore the effects of breviscapine on immunological function of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Method： Sixty cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. In addition to routine comprehensive treatment in both groups, additional 40 mg breviscapine was given to the treatment group by intravenously guttae, once per for fourteen days. The effects of treatment and the change of pulmonary function and CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood were observed. Result： The effective rate was significantly increased in treatment group （P〈0.05）. The improved levels of FEV1/FVC, FEV1, FVC, PEF, RV and RV/TLC were significantly increased in treatment group than control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of CD3, CD4 significantly increased and CD8, CD4/CD8 descended in treatment group. There were no significantly changed in control group. Conclusion： On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment combined with breviscapine can improve the curative effect in AECOPD. It may concern with that breviscapine can obviously improve immunological function of T lymphocyte.
