摘　　要：凤凰国际传媒中心莫比乌斯环造型外幕墙由多块不同尺寸的直面幕墙,通过鱼鳞式的组织方式形成连续的曲面。针对幕墙单元板块各连接点变形角度、尺寸均不相同的特点,采用了铝包钢龙骨的簸箕单元幕墙施工方法,单元板块钢抱箍固定在耳板上,其定位点为抱箍螺杆中心点,钢抱箍在水平面内通过副支座可左右调节±25 mm,通过支座和立柱间的螺纹可上下调节±30 mm,确保了幕墙加工和安装的精度、质量,满足变形控制要求。The order of the Phoenix International Media Center Mobius ring shape wall by a plurality of different sizes of the face curtain wall, through scale-like organization, to form a continuous surface. Wall unit for each connection point plate deformation angle characteristics are not the same size, the design uses aluminum clad steel keel dustpan unitized curtain wall construction method, cell plate steel hoop ear plate fixed at its anchor point for the hoop screw center points, steel hoop in a horizontal plane through the deputy bearing left and right adjustment ±25 mm, bearings and through the threaded stud between the upper and lower adjustable ±30 mm, processing and installation of curtain wall to ensure aecuracy, quality, and meet the deformation control requirements.
