New Spinal Fixator Combined Percutaneous Intracorporeal Grafting Treatment of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures:A Clinical Curative Effect

摘  要:目的:探讨新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法:共纳入100例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,A组给予新型脊柱外固定器措施;B组给予新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨术治疗措施。所有患者均行影像学观察与测量随访3个月。结果:两组患者治疗后,Cobb’s角、椎体前缘高度的压缩率、椎管狭窄率均有明显改善,与治疗相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨术组疗效明显优于内固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后两组患者神经功能均达B级以上,C级例数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但D级及E级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胸腰椎爆裂性骨折采用新型脊柱外固定器联合经皮椎体内植骨术治疗不仅可以明显改善患者的症状,减少神经功能的进一步损伤,且可以提高患者术后的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective :To investigate the clinical curative effect of thoracolumbar vertebral burst fractures after neotype external spinal skeletal fixation and percutaneous vertebral bone graft .Methods :Participants included 100 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture ,the random number method average divided into two groups ,A group of give new spinal external fixator measures ;Group B give new spinal external fixator joint percutaneous vertebra reduction using bone graft treatment measures .All of the patients do imaging observation and measurement follow-up of 3 months .Results:Two groups of patients after treatment ,Cobb’s Angle ,the bottom edge of the height of the compression ratio ,stenosis rate will be improved obviously ,and treatment are statistically significant difference in (P0 .05) ,but D level and grade E comparing statistical significance (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion:To thoracolumbar burst fracture spine by new exter-nal fixator joint percutaneous vertebra reduction using bone graft treatment can not only significantly improve patients with symptoms ,reduce further damage of neurological function ,and can improve the quality of life of patients who un-derwent the ,worth clinical application .
