摘  要:[目的]探寻低温胁迫对鹿蹄草的影响机制。[方法]以鹿蹄草叶片为材料,测定不同冷处理条件下叶片各种保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)、丙二醛、叶片相对电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖等含量变化情况。[结果]叶片的SOD酶与POD酶均呈现先升后降的趋势,但变化幅度不尽相同;CAT酶则呈现先降后升的趋势,但变化幅度不大。丙二醛的积累与叶片相对电导率均呈现上升趋势。脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量随胁迫时间增加呈现出明显的相关性。[结论]该方法研究了低温胁迫对鹿蹄草的影响,为鹿蹄草的合理利用提供了依据。[ Objective] To explore the influence mechanism of low temperature stress on Pyrola calliantha. [ Method] The content changes of various protective enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) , malondialdehyde, leaf relative electrical conductivity, proline acid, soluble protein, soluble sugar in different cold treatments were determined. [ Result] The results showed that: leaf SOD and POD enzyme activity were first increased and then decreased, but not the same amplitude, CAT activity is decreased first and then increased, but changes slightly. MDA accumulation and the relative conductivity of leaves are on the rise. Proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar contents show a significant correlation with stress time increasing. [ Conclusion] Effects of low temperature stress on Pyrola calliantha were studied, which will provide a reference for reasonable utilization of Pyrola calliantha.
