摘　　要：针对软频率复用(SFR)技术中静态子载波分配不能通过动态划分载波而获得多用户选择增益,提出了一种联合动态子载波划分和资源分配算法的方案。仿真结果表明,该方案能够比传统方案获得更高的边缘吞吐量,提升了频谱效率,并对用户的速率要求提供了一定的保证。A scheme combining dynamic cartier allocation with resource allocation is proposed in this paper for multi - user diversity which do not exist in the scheme of static carrier allocation. Simulation results show that this scheme can obtain higher capacity for those users at the edge than the tradition- al scheme and guarantee the rate of cell edge users.
