摘 要:以有机硅单体A-174为功能单体,苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸为原料,通过半连续乳液聚合法制备了自交联型的丙烯酸乳液,研究了乳化剂用量、甲基丙烯酸用量以及A-174的加入方式和用量对涂膜性能的影响;利用红外光谱和DSC对合成的树脂进行了分析。结果表明:A-174的加入不仅可以有效地提高树脂的硬度和抗粘连性,而且可以提高面漆的光泽,但用量大于1.5%时,表面涂层达因值低于38,不适合印刷,用量为1%时较好;分析得出乳化剂最佳用量为2%、甲基丙烯酸用量为3%。Using silicone monomer A-174 as functional monomer, styrene, methyl meth- acrylate, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid as raw materials, a self-crosslinking acrylic e- mulsion was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The influence of dosage of emulsifier, methacrylic acid and adding method of A- 174 on property of the resulted coating was investigated. The emulsion was also characterized by FT-IR and DSC. The results showed that the hardness, anti- blocking property and gloss of the prepared resin were improved with the addition of A-174. The optimal dosage of A-174 was 1% by mass based on total weight of the monomers including butyl acrylate, styrene and methyl methacrylate, etc., and the optimal dosages of emulsifier and methacrylic acid were 2% and 3% respectively. When the dosage of A- 174 was more than 1.5%, the surface dyne value of the coated paper was less than 38 mN·m-1 , which was not suitable to print. The prepared resin showed good ap- plication in coatings for vacuum aluminum-plating paper.
