摘  要:以水性环氧改性丙烯酸酯乳胶为成膜物质,配以氧化铁红、磷酸锌、云母粉等防腐蚀颜填料以及助剂,制备了具有优异机械力学性能以及防腐蚀性能的水性防腐蚀涂料.重点讨论了成膜物质、助剂、颜填料以及颜填料体积浓度(PVC)对涂料性能的影响.结果表明:涂料中加入少量的相容剂可以解决水性防腐蚀涂料的贮存稳定性问题;当PVC在38.4%~44.3%之间时,水性防腐蚀涂料具有优异的耐介质性能,尤其是突出的耐碱性能.A waterborne anticorrosive coatings with excellent mechanical and corrosive proper- ties comprising waterborne epoxy modified acrylate emulsion as film-forming matter, anticorrosive pigments/fillers including iron oxide red, zinc phosphate and mica powder, and additives was pre- pared, The effect of dosage of film-forming matter, additives, pigvaents/fillers and pigment volume concentration (PVC) on properties of the resulted coatings was discussed in particular. The resuhs indicated that low addition of the compatilizer can solve the problem of the storage stabilily of waler- borne anticorrosive coatings. When the PVC was between 38. 4%-44. 3%, the said coatings have excellent medium resistant property and especially the alkali resistance.
