二元酸酯及其混合物脱漆剂的制备及其脱漆效率研究

摘　　要：针对镀锡钢板表面的白涂、金属油墨及罩光清漆漆膜研制出二元酸酯及其混合物(DBE)环保型脱漆剂。实验结果表明,当DBE脱漆剂中各溶剂的质量分数分别为:己二酸二甲酯31.38%、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵5.88%、1,2-丙二醇碳酸酯27.45%、乳酸23.53%、无水乙醇11.76%时,其脱漆效率最高。An environmental friendly paint stripper, DBE （dibasic acid ester and its mix-tures）, is prepared to remove three types of fihns including white paint, metal printing ink and varnish on the surface of tinplate. The experimental result shows that a high efficient DBE paint stripper is obtained when the composition comprises by mass dimethyl adipate 23.53%, and anhydrous ethanol 11.76%. 31.38 %, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide 5.88%, 1,2-propanediol carbonate 27.45%, lavtic acid 23.53%, and anhydrous ethanol 11.76%.
