摘  要:目的优选补肾活血颗粒的水提取工艺。方法通过单因素试验和正交试验,采用HPLC波长切换法,以杜仲的松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、红花的羟基红花黄色素A的转移率及提取液中的含量为评价指标,结合权重系数,综合考察提取方法、浸泡时间以及提取溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间等因素对制剂提取工艺的影响。结果较优水提工艺为:12倍水量浸泡1 h,加热回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论 HPLC波长切换法多指标综合考察得到的补肾活血颗粒水提取工艺重复性好,工艺条件切实可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the water-extraction process of the Bushen Huoxue granules. METHODS Study the influence of extraction method, soaking time and extraction solvent consumption, extraction times, extracting time on the extraction process of the preparation with single factor experiment and orthogonal test, in which the transfer rate and the concentration in the extract of pinoresinol diglucoside, hydroxy safflower yellow A from Eucomrnia ulmoides, Safflower, respectively, by HPLC wave length switching~ were taken as evaluation indexes, combined with the weight coefficient. RESULTS The better water-extraction process was that soaked 1 h with 12 times water, extracted three times, each time 1.5 h. CONCLUSION The water-extraction technology of granules is repeatable and feasible.
