摘　　要：当VB窗体大小改变时,其中的控件(以及控件上的文字)大小不会自动随之改变,这是VB的一个缺陷,要解决该问题,应该保证控件宽度、高度、距窗体左边和上边的距离,以及窗体宽度、高度的比值不变,控件上的文字面积和窗体面积的比值不变,据此,给出了较为完美、简单、健壮的解决方法。The control wares （and the characters This is a weakness of VB.
