Natural Contamination Characteristics of Post Insulator in Shenzhen Area

摘  要:为研究变电站支柱绝缘子自然积污特性,在深圳地区选取了37处有代表性的变电站自然积污观测点,测量了观测点处模拟防污型、模拟普通型和带电支柱绝缘子的等值附盐密度和附灰密度,对比了支柱绝缘子积污规律的差别。结果表明:模拟防污型支柱绝缘子盐密值和灰密值都大于模拟普通型支柱绝缘子,2者上表面盐密值之比约为2.4,下表面盐密值之比约为1.2,2支绝缘子盐密均值之比约为2;2者上表面灰密值之比约为3.5,下表面灰密值都较小,2支绝缘子灰密均值之比约为2.7;支柱绝缘子上表面积污普遍重于下表面,防污型上下表面灰密比>10倍、盐密比约为4;普通型上下表面灰密比约为3.5、盐密值比约为2;防污支柱绝缘子带电下的盐密和灰密明显大于模拟情况下,2者盐密之比和灰密之比均约为1.9。因此,污秽外绝缘配置选择防污型支柱绝缘子时应注意到积污特性与普通支柱绝缘子的明显差异,及是否带电对积污特性的影响。In order to study the characteristics of natural contamination on post insulators in transformer substations, in 37 chosen substations in Shenzhen, China, we measured the equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and non soluble deposit density(NSDD) of the anti-pollution post insulators and common post insulators there, and compared these pollution. The results show that, both ESDD and NSDD of the anti-pollution post insulators are higher than those of the common post insulators: between the anti-pollution post insulators and the common insulators, the ratio of upper surface ESDD is about 2.4 and ratio of lower surface ESDD is about 1.2, while a ratio of average ESDD from anti-pollution one to common one is both about 2; the ratio of upper surface NSDD is about 3.5, while both the two kinds of insulators have low lower sur- face NSDD, and a ratio of average NSDD from anti-pollution one to common one is about 2.7. The upper surfaces are generally contaminated more than their corresponding lower surfaces, with a ratio of NSDD larger than 10 and a ratio of ESDD about 4 for anti-pollution post insulators, and a ratio of NSDD about 3.5 and a ratio of ESDD about 2 for common post insulators. At the meantime, the charged anti-pollution post insulators are obviously more contaminated than the un- charged ones, with a ratio about 1.9 for both ESDD and NSDD. Therefore, in outer insulation coordination and insulator selection, it is necessary to notice the obvious difference in natural contamination between anti-pollution post insulators and common post insulators, and between the charged and uncharged post insulators.
