摘  要:过电压的在线监测和分析对于保障电力系统的安全稳定运行意义重大。为此,依据基于电磁式电压互感器(TV)宽频传输特性的过电压在线监测方法,根据原有系统网络参数模型,通过理论分析和实验验证提出了系统的简化计算模型,提高了计算效率;应用时域递归卷积的数值计算方法对过电压信号进行复原,应用理论分析与数值仿真相结合的方法确定了复原波形数值振荡的产生原因,采用稳健局部加权回归法对复原信号进行修正,有效地消除了数值振荡产生的计算误差,提高了复原信号的准确性。Real-time monitoring and analyzing overvoltage in power system is substantial for the system's secure and stable operation. Therefore, a simplified calculation model is presented to improve the efficiency of system calculation. According to the online overvoltage monitoring method based on T-parameters of potential transformer, the model is de- veloped on the basis of the original calculation model of cascaded T-parameters by means of theoretical analysis and experimental verification. Moreover, through applying the recursive convolution numerical calculation to recover over- voltage signal, confirming the origin of numerical oscillation by combining simulation with theoretical analysis, and processing the recovery signal by using the robust local weighted regression method, the calculation error caused by nu- merical oscillation is eliminated effectively, which improves the accuracy of the recovery signals.
