摘 要:为消除复合绝缘子内部缺陷对电网安全运行造成的隐患,提出了1种利用相控阵超声波探伤仪对4种典型人工缺陷的复合绝缘子试样进行无损检测的方法。该方法利用超声波换能器中多个独立压电晶片发射的超声波信号叠加后在异质界面中传播产生的扫描图像来判定绝缘子缺陷。通过对比研究4种人工缺陷情况下的相控阵扫描图像,得出的结论为:与界面埋纸条的检测图像干扰杂波较多、检出效率较低相比,该方法可清晰检测出平板硅橡胶破损、芯棒贯穿式钻孔缺陷和界面有明显空气隙的图像,且检出效率高,为检测复合绝缘子内部缺陷提供了新的思路。In order to ensure the safe operation of power grid free from being jeopardized by internal defects of composite insulators, we presented a non-destructive testing method, which inspects four typical internal defects using ultrasonic phased array flaw detector. Superimposed ultrasonic signals are transmitted by multiple independent bimorphs in an ul- trasound transducer. By scanning these signals spreading in the heterogeneous interface of composite insulator, ultrasound images are obtained and then used for determining inner defects of composite insulator. Finally we compared and ana- lyzed the phased array scan images of four artificial defect samples. It is concluded that, compared with the detection of sticking paper pieces in insulator interface, which has low efficiency and can only obtain images with serious noises, the proposed detection method using phased array is able to obtain scan images about silastic plate defect, mandrel defect and obvious air gap defect clearly with high efficiency, and hence it is a promising method for detecting inner defects of composite insulator.
