摘 要:为克服现有窗口式特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)测量传感器安装时间较长、维护时需要气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)间隔停电等缺点,研制了1种介质窗口式VFTO测量系统,通过介质窗口实现了测量传感器与GIS内气体的隔离。探索了不同密封介质窗口材料对测量系统频带的影响,为了实现对VFTO工频分量的准确测量,优选聚四氟乙烯作为介质窗口绝缘介质板的材料。测量系统频率响应试验结果表明:介质窗口式VFTO测量系统高频截止频率>175 MHz,低频截止频率<10 Hz。此外,利用该种传感器在252 kV GIS回路对隔离开关操作产生的暂态过电压进行了数百次的分合闸测试,传感器的分压比保持恒定,验证了传感器长期测量的可靠性。Traditional window sensor for very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) measurement has certain shortages, such as it requires long time for installation, and during maintenance, it requires gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS) to get power-off. In order to solve these problem, we designed a dielectric window VFTO measurement system, which isolated window sensors from gas in GIS by using dielectric plate. Then we studied the influence of different sealing di- electric window materials on the bandwidth of measurement system, by which we chose polytetrafluoroethylene (PETE) as the material of dielectric plate in the dielectric window to accurately measure VFTO's fundamental frequency compo- nent. Experiments of the system's frequency response show that, the high cut-off frequency of this system is above 175 MHz, while the low cut-off frequency stays below 10 Hz. In addition, we put forward a test of the sensor in which VFTOs were generated by switching on and off isolator in a 252 kV GIS circuit for hundreds of times. The results show that the sensor has stable voltage division ratio, i.e. it is long-term reliable.
