黄芪消渴方对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者中医症状改善的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪消渴方对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者中医临床症状改善的影响。方法:将60例2型糖尿病属气阴两虚型患者简单随机分为对照组30例,予二甲双胍片口服,根据血糖结果酌情调整剂量,治疗组30例,在对照组基础上予黄芪消渴方汤剂口服。观察周期为3月。分别于治疗前、后测定空腹、餐后2 h血糖;观察治疗前后气阴两虚型中医证候总积分及各症状单项记分。结果:2组治疗后二甲双胍片日平均用量比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状总积分均显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状总积分下降值比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者中医症状各单项积分与治疗前组内比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后组间比较,咽干口燥、倦怠乏力、气短懒言等差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪消渴方能改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者中医症状,尤其对咽干口燥、倦怠乏力、气短懒言改善明显。Objective： To observe the effect of Huangqi Xiaoke formula on traditional Chinese medical symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients with deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods： Sixty T2DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were evenly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Metformin orally, which dosage was adjusted according to blood glucose level. The treatment group was given Huangqi Xiaoke formula based on the treatment for the control group. The observation period lasted for 3 months. Fasting blood glucose （FBG）and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose（P2hBG）, the total scores of traditional Chinese medical symptoms, and the scores of each single symptom were observed before and after treatment. Results： The differences of levels of FBG and P2hBG between the two groups were significant after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The total scores of the symptoms were improved in both groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）, and the decrease value in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of single symptom scores were significant in both group after treatment （P 〈 0.05） compared with those before treatment）, and after treatment, the differences of symptom scores of dry throat, lassitude, shortness of breath and unwilling to speak was also significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Huangqi Xiaoke formula is effective on relieving traditional Chinese medical symptoms in T2DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin, especially on relieving symptoms of dry throat, lassitude, shortness of breath and unwilling to speak.
