摘  要:为解决武钢1 700 mm轧机组R1,R4机架主同步电动机的励磁控制系统故障率高、维护困难、备件缺乏等问题,利用Siemens 6RA70直流控制器对这2台同步电动机的励磁控制系统进行了全数字化改造,为系统设计了恒无功功率和恒励磁电流2种励磁控制方式,并最终实现了恒励磁电流控制方式。新系统响应速度快、结构简单、运行可靠、易于维护,备件充足,投入运行2 a多来,基本无故障,大大提高了生产率。The field excitation system of R1/R4 synchronous machines within the 1 700 mm hot mill of WISCO have the disadvantage of high fault rates, inability of maintenance, lack of spare parts. To solve these problems, the mentioned excitation systems were reconstructed utilizing Siemens 6RA70 DC converter. Two field control method, constant reactive power method and constant field current method were designed for the excitation systems. And finally the constant field current method was implemented in new system. The new systems have the advantages of rapid response, simple structure, low fauh rate and easy maintenance. There is almost no fault since its launching for 2 years.
