摘　　要：探讨了小比例色纺纱的生产技术要点,针对小比例色纺纱经常出现的色差、色结等质量问题,在原料选配、混色方法选择、工艺设计原则、生产管理等方面提出了预防措施,减少了产生色差的可能性,降低了色结,提高了小比例色纺纱的外观质量。Technical keys in producing small batch of color spinning yarn are pointed out with counter measures to avoid yarn color difference in raw material selection, method of color mixed, technology design principle and production management, etc, in small batch production are put forward to improve the yarn appearance.
