摘　　要：经纬双向大循环色织物格型循环大,布面立体效果清晰明显,风格独特,产品附加值高,是设计高档服装的首选面料,但因其色纱种类多且循环大,生产难度大。本文设计了一种36/36 300/236 146的经纬双向大循环色织物,经纬纱均为5种不同颜色的纱线,介绍了络筒、整经、浆纱、织造等工序选用的工艺参数。Yarn dyed woven fabric with large repeats on warp and weft directions, characteristic of clear stereoscopic effect and unique style, is a high value added product and the first choice for high - end clothings, but difficult to produce because of the variety and large repeat of the dyed yarns. In the paper, type of 36/36 300/236 146 dyed yarn woven fabric with large repeats made of 5 different dyed yarns are designed with their processing parameters in cone winding, warping, sizing and weaving summarized.
