摘 要:为了进一步验证数值模拟技术在预裂爆破工程中的实用性,以云南省布沼坝矿西帮边坡为例,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对不同爆破参数条件下的预裂缝形成过程进行模拟。研究结果表明,预裂缝裂隙是先从孔壁开始形成并向中点发展,而不是应力波干涉理论认为的裂缝首先从中点产生,并向两孔发展。同时将数值模拟计算中得到的预裂缝效果较好的几组爆破参数分别应用于现场试验中,预裂爆破效果明显。可见,数值模拟技术的恰当运用,将为预裂爆破理论研究和参数的合理确定提供一条有效途径,也为爆破方案优化提供可行性依据。In order to validate the practicability of numerical simulation technology in pre-split blasting engi- neering, the west slope of Buzhaoba mine in Yunnan province is taken as an example. The cracking of pre-split blas- ting is simulated through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software under the condition of different blasting parameters. The result show that the cracking of pre-split blasting begins from the hole wall and develops to the middle, rather than what the stress wave interference theory confirmed that the crack is firstly formed in the middle, and then went to the two holes. At the same time, those groups of blasting parameters which make the cracking of pre-split blasting better are respectively applied to the field test, and the pre-split blasting effect is obvious. ICs clear that the proper using of numerical simulation technology will provide an effective way on the research of pre-split blasting theory and reasonable determination of blasting parameters. It also provides a feasible basis for blasting scheme optimization in the future.
