摘　　要：针对目前高校图书馆读者满意度评价指标权重确定的片面性问题,引入基于博弈论的组合赋权思想,利用层次分析法与熵值法相结合得到的组合赋权法来计算权重。以咸阳师范学院图书馆为例,用组合赋权法计算读者满意度评价指标的权重,判断各指标对读者满意度的影响程度。研究表明,通过组合赋权法得到的指标权重反映了决策者的意向和评价指标的客观性,评价结果更合理,更符合实际情况。The paper aims at unilateral problems in determination of evaluation index＇s weight of university library＇s reader satis- faction evaluation, implants idea of combination weighting of game theory, and uses combination of analytic hierarchy process with en- tropy method to calculate the weight. It takes Xianyang Normal University Library for example, calculates the weights of reader satisfac- tion evaluation indexes with combination weighting approach, and estimates the influence of each index on reader satisfaction. Tile re- search results show that the index weight reflects decision-makers＇ intention and index＇s objectivity, the evaluation results are more reasonable and practical.
