摘　　要：以NSTL认知科学信息门户为例,从知识组织体系构建原则、信息资源选择原则、信息资源选择标准、信息资源采集方法 4个方面,对学科门户网站的信息资源建设进行研究,旨在为我国学科门户网站的信息资源建设提供参考。The paper takes cognitive subject information portal in NSTL （National Science and Technology Library） for example, to study information resources construction of subject information portals from four aspects of construction principle of knowledge organi- zation system, principle and standard of information selecting, and method of information resource gathering. It intends to provide refer- ence for information resources construction of subject information portals in China.
