装备制造业集群知识管理模式研究

摘　　要：本文在对近年来国内外装备制造业集群知识管理的相关研究成果进行总结和评述的基础上,分析了装备制造业集群知识管理模式的构成要素,并设计出装备制造业集群的三种知识管理模式。结合指标选择原则及知识管理模式的不同特点构建知识管理模式的选择指标体系。采用三角模糊数方法与定量规划矩阵确定了装备制造业集群知识管理模式选择的依据和方法。最后,在分析长春汽车产业集群知识管理现状的基础上,对长春汽车产业集群知识管理模式选择进行了实证分析,并对长春汽车企业和政府提出建议。The components of the knowledge management mode of the equipment manufacturing industry clusters are analyzed on the ba- sis of summarizing and reviewing the related research achievements in the equipment manufacturing industry clusters knowledge manage- ment at home and abroad over recent years. Three kinds of knowledge management mode of the equipment manufacturing industry clusters are designed. The target system of knowledge management mode is established, which combines target selection principle and different characteristics of the knowledge management modes. The basis and method of the mode choice to the equipment manufacturing industry clusters knowledge management are established by adopting the methods of triangular fuzzy number and quantitative planning matrix. Fi- nally, on the basis of analyzing the knowledge management condition of the Changchun automobile industry clusters, a real diagnosis a- nalysis to the knowledge management mode choice of the Changchun automobile industry clusters is conducted, and suggestions to the Changchun automobile enterprises and Changchun government are put forward.
