点按肩髃穴对中风后肩关节半脱位患者的镇痛作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨点按肩髃穴镇痛对治疗中风后肩关节半脱位的临床作用。方法:将101例中风后肩关节半脱位的患者随机分为对照组51例和治疗组50例,对照组采用良肢位摆放和康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用点按肩髃穴的方法,观察期为6周,治疗前后分别予视觉模拟评级法VAS进行疼痛评分,Fugl-Meyer运动量表评估肢体运动功能,X线评定采用AHI测量方法。结果:经过6周治疗,治疗组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),AHI显著小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:点按肩髃穴可缓解卒中后肩关节半脱位患者的疼痛,同时改善其半脱位状态,为今后的上肢功能恢复打下基础。Objective： To discuss the alleviation effect of Jianyu point massage for post-stroke glenohumoral subluxation. Methods： The 101 cases patients with psot-stroke glenohumoral subluxation were randomly divided into control group （n=51） and treatment group（n=50）. Suitable positioning and system rehabilitation were applied for control group. Jianyu point massage was applied in addition to traditional approaches for experimental group. A 6-week treatment course was conducted. Visual analogue scale （VAS）, Fugl-Meyer Score（for upper limbs） and acromio-humeral interval（AHI） based on X-ray were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups. Results： After 6-week treatment, the treatment group showed significantly lower VAS score （P〈0.O1） and shorter AHI （P〈0.01） than the control group. Conclusion： Jianyu point massage could relieve pain for post-stroke glenohumoral subluxation, improve its anatomic abnormality, and favors functional recovery of upper limbs.
